There are several sailmakers that still have the patterns including Sailrite, Schurr and North. The info posted at the above site may be enough to get a new sailmaker involved, but I don't know.

I think it's interesting to note that there doesn't seem to be any specific restriction against loose-footed sails, as best I can tell.
