In Response To: Toping Lift/Halyard Installation (Pehr, Harpoon 5.2 Lake Travis)

You might could use a pair of medical forceps (clamps) -- these are skinny, gripping clamps to get in tight places. They are useful in car restoration also, so are for sale in tool shops like Harbor Freight. Always good to carry in your general tool box. Good luck.
