Hello J.P. and welcome to our little group. The part you need is called a mast tabernacle. The mast has a pin through it which allows it to slide into the tabernacle which will hold it in place while raising and lowering. I know Dwyer Masts www.dwyermasts.com carries an assortment of tabernacles, and you may be able to get one from Rig Rite www.rigrite.com which carries a good bit of the original standing rigging for the Harpoon.
