Check out http://www.ruach.net/Harpoon.shtml. There is a blueprint on there somewhere. Look under "more info" I think. Other than that, I think the best "spec sheets" are in the heads of the members of this forum, so fire away with your questions and if we don't know the answers, we can get some measurements from our boats. We're all here to help.
