Centerboard stuck

Well we just got back from the marina. Centerboard is stuck up in the trunk The boats get lifted into the river via cranes and while the boat was still in the water I went so far as to tie the crane line to the down haul line. Nada. I must admit my nerves gave out pretty quick. I just kept imagining the centerboard come ripping up through the trunk. The silver lining to this is I met another Harpoon owner at the marina. So that makes three at the marina and I imagine more are close with Annapolis and the Chesapeake so close by. We have our boat stored at the Washington sailing Marina on the Potomac in Alexandria VA. Any ideas on the Centerboard? I am in the process of looking back and seeing what people have had to do to get this taken care of. Thanks! Robert OH... Thanks for the nice pictures from Ocala.
