In Response To: lifting harness-hapoon 5.2 (bill)

I did. 3 pieces of 1/2" line about 8.5' long, 3 stainless caribiners of suitable size, a 3" stainless steel ring and six sturdy knots! You have to play with the lengths a little to get the boat to hang level from the two transom eyes and the bow eye. Mark the bow eye piece with some tape for easy ID and you're done!

Any marine store can help you. The boat weighs ~650 lbs.
