Lifting Harness

In Response To: make one yourself.... (Jay Levy - Indianapolis, IN 5.2 #35)

We have a lifting harness made of rope (cord). While it works, I feel a steel cable harness might be more desirable. The rope has a tendancy to stretch and the stretch becomes progressive if the boat is allowed to tip one way or another. I have seen the dimensions for the harness lengths somewhere in Harpoon literature. If I come across Ill post.
