I have the plans for the cable harness from BW. I once took them to a West Marine store and asked them if they could make it for me. They said sure, but suggested a rope one instead. For about 10% of the cost of the wire one, they helped me pick the correct type of line and hardware. To be sure, some rope is too stretchy and is unsuitable for this purpose. But there is rope that will work perfectly well and safely. At my club there are hundreds of boats that use rope bridles to lift their boats into the water. If you still prefer to go the cable route, email me and I'll send you the plans. You'll not find any ready made with the preferred lengths.
