The mainsheet, vang and cunningham are very standard. If you have the blocks you can hardly go wrong.
My boat was missing the outhaul and all its fittings when I got it, so I designed my own system.
I haven't seen a topping lift on a Harpoon, but there wouldn't be a problem rigging one. The problem is what to do with the luff of the mainsail: I assume you want a topping lift so you can furl the mainsail easily when you lower it, instead of having it fill the cockpit (or fall over the side). To do this, you'd have to put slides on the luff, with some sort of device to stop them coming out of the track. And you'd have to figure out how to accommodate reefing.
I'd love to have a topping lift myself, but I haven't figured out all the details.
