Talk to Sue. (920)793-2715. This is Boston Whaler's recommended supplier. $120 including Shipping to Denver for me (From Green Bay WI.)
That is for complete kit (3 coils of stuff and more than enough large pop rivets)and instructions. The say to drill out old rivets and push then into the hull. I couldn't easily do that so just ground them off and sealed them.
As recommended with my restoration site, when you do it have at least one friend handy, 2 would be better and 3 would not be too many. You will need a heat gun (a.k.a high output hair drier) to bend the heavy plastic piece around the nose, being careful not to get it too hot ... just enough to bend it slowly.
Try a dry erase marker to mark where you want the new holes to be drilled or to mark the old ones so you don't re-drill into an old hole. I marked on my deck Under the rail lip could work as well. (Once you put the rail on and start refastening it you will not know where these were) My deck surface was newly painted Interlux Brightside and the dry erase wiped off VERY easily, but test this first. Other surfaces may be too porous. If so, suggest small pieces of masking tape.
