There is also a fascinating marine junkyard in Irvington VA near Tides Inn, called - I think - Irvington Marina. I've been there a few times, but more than five years ago. He salvages materials from all sorts of boats in the Chesapeake area, and made out like a bandit after hurricane Isabelle getting boats from insurance companies. He has, literally, stacks of masts, bow pulpits, winches, etc. These are mostly from larger boats than Harpoons, but then you never know what you may find there.

Anyone in Irvington can give you directions there. The guy who owns it is kind of a local character.
