Yep, I did buy Ken's boat and plan to go a bit further in the restoration work. He got it sailable but it still needs cosmetic work and some upgrade of the hardware used. I will keep you posted as on the work.
I live in a waterfront place on Lake Livingston and plan to use the boat for daysailing and teaching my grandkids to sail so they can get out on their own in the two smaller sailboats. I have a Fatty Knees dinghy and a Capri Cyclone for them.
