The right side is a sandwich of foam between two sections of fiberglass/gelcoat. If yours is on the starboard side of the boat, I'd make sure that it's either through-bolted or anchored in there with some serious toggle bolts or similar. Four bolts of either type are a hell of alot cheaper than any motor!
