I've fired off my final set of questions to the broker. I think I'll call him tomorrow, though. My wife is about this close >< to being on board with this one. Sure ain't the Catalina 27 I was pining for, but I'll take it...much more functional in a "can use it in more places" way. Thanks again (and again) for all the input; sorry to have hijacked the thread.
