Gorrila Glue

Has anyone used it on the boat? I had some cracking betwen the bottom of the haul and the fiberglass repair of the Bailers. My son came up with the idea of some gorrila glue in there before fiberglass to seal up the crack. He states it expands some and fills the gap and stick like crazy. Then we will fiber glass over it? Opinions?
I also learned you never use 52000 calk to install the bailers in the boat. That stuff is tuff stuff to remove. Took the fiberglass with it when I removed the Bailers.
