Thanks guys, for the help! How is the keel suppose to lower? do you just turn the handle counterclockwise a little to loosen the clutch plates and the keel falls. My handle just unscrews against a spring and the bolt, nothing else happens. I quess the cluthes are the only thing holding it at that point. Maybe a lot of wd40 will help. I'm headed to look at a trailer today!
