Maybe drag the boat up on a sandy beach...

If you can find a sandy beach, make sure the lock down bolt is out!!!! dragging it up should fold the keel back up into the hull so you can get a line under it to the winches... or maybe once the boat is on shore you could pull the main halyard out to the side to "careen" the boat over on the the side to work on the keel....don't know if the hull could stand the pressure... have no idea if this might work... just a thought...be careful!! Going in the water this time of year sounds cold..... elroy
