go right to the paved boat ramp. I had to pull the bow up the ramp with the truck because the keel drag couldn't be overcome with the outboard motor. I was able to run a large low stretch rope under the keel and then tied it off on the topside. Didn't use the winches. I then had to man handle it onto the trailer. Search the archives. Lots of people have done this.
