I got the boat out of the water. Thank you for all of your responses. I ended up driving it partially up onto the trailer and then tying off the stern lines. I backed the trailer up and the boat was on.
Now I just have some winter work to do and purchase a new winch then I am back to sailing on the Outerbanks of NC
