I have seen that arrangement work fine but 4 is really the limit. For us we have main halyard, front reefing line (rear is mid-boom and essentially in cockpit anyway) and Cunningham. Thanks to CDI we don't have another halyard (which I treat as a disadvantage - wish we had Schaeffer).
You do need to pre-bend the mounting flanges to ensure the correct angle - before you drill the mounting holes.
Deck organizers are also typically used to keep it all in alignment (same if you are using an organizer plate).
And a final word of advice - if you are adding deck organizers don't forget about the poptop cover. You don't want lines running under it as there are mosquito problems. If you have the opportunity to route everything around the cover take it.
