I am happy to report that the previous owner had to go through the pain and expense of replacing the cable and winch I have the rudder that kicks up (the original I think). Based on what I have read, I am interested in replacing it w/ a more efficient design. An aftermarket steering wheel isn't really a consideration, just curious. I guess what I was getting at after seeing the wheel and a galley in some photos is curiosity about options offered on the original sale. Based on your answer I am guessing that they were minimal.
