I'm in Ames, Iowa... not really known for sailing. I'll be at Big Creek State Park. It's a decent sized "no wake" lake with lots of other Macs. Another S, a couple of Ds and I think about four Ms.
Saylorville Lake is much bigger and about 20 miles away, but that's where the big powerboaters from Des Moines hang out and it gets too busy.
That's really a good-looking boat you have. I can't afford jib furling or the rear pulpit yet. Kind of a challenge to find a rail to fit an S.
My favorite comfort feature on the boat is the pop-top. My wife likes the enclosed head.
