Would the shade on the back of this boat be considered a bimini?

I liked the fact that there was minimal hardware that got in the way because the aft portion was supported by the two aft mast stays. The shade actually extended a couple of feet behind the aft mast stays which was nice when the sun was at the stern. The only drawback was that it was fixed and couldn't be lowered. However, there were two screens that had zippered flaps which were closed during rain or for maximum.

On my M26S, that type of setup would only be supported in 3 places; the two solid tube mounts in the front and one attachment to the aft mast stay.

Has anyone seen anything like it on a M26? If it is not a "bimini" then what would it be called?

Note: My friend Bernd was at the helm while I snapped the picture in the dingy.
