I was just trying to pass on an experience so you could avoid some of the BAD experiences I have had so you could avoid any problems. I have learned a lot from these guys (and you), especially about my use of ply in the rebuild of my rudder  But I have what I have and will do something else next time. You have been a great inspiration with your enthusiasm and ability to document (not to mention your ability to fabricate - that makes most of us fizzle in envy)! So go with the intent of our responses - and note that we are mostly full of wind - at least we hope our sails are. See you if you get to Arizona
