Not in the water, off my driveway

I was looking at new anchors on the web this evening, when I went outside to measure my existing anchor that came with the boat. It wasn't on the pulpit mount. hmmm I don't remember taking it off. Hell, I don't remember for sure the last time I saw it on there... really great when your mind starts to go.

Anyway, at least it wasn't an expensive one. It was a danforth type roughly the same size as this one.

I was thinking picking up this one as a spare, now it may be a replacement.

Ok, I am a believer of you get what you pay for and that price does make me nervous. Any thoughts about this model?? Although it shows it's use up to a 25' boat, I have seen other charts for this weight/size danforth being good for 28'+ boats.

My other one worked well in the local waters (mud / sand - no tide issues)
