It's a bit confusing to compare different anchors of the same type (danforth) Some seem to differ quite a bit from one brand to another, as far as "boat ratings" This is a 12lb "high tensile steel" that is rated "25ft".
Here is another chart that shows roughly the same size anchor as rated for a 42 footer. Hmmmm Of course the thickness might be different but the weight would be different or the quality of the "tensile steel".
