...the corrosion. If the clear I am going to use on it works then no need other than looks to match the rest of the pushpit railing that is in stainless. Yes it is strong, like I mentioned I would have no fears of anyone using it without special instructions.

The Bimini that is coming is aluminum and if you are having no problems then maybe the corrosion is no big deal, I just remember how all the aluminum on my motorcycle in the '60's looked when I was in the Navy in San Diego.

Is your aluminum treated in any way,
