(imho) normally 6hp is a minimum for a M26, but....OF COURSE, it depends on where you sail, and the conditions...

what you could do it take the large ob with you, 1st trip, just in case...

I made a 'bridle' for another OB by drilling 4 holes in the top of the case and running some line thru it to help ease the loading of a ob on an aluminum skiff.

basically this allows me to use my sholders, so I don't need to lean over to lower the ob onto the transom.

-think about how you would swap o/b's while on the water. if you can use your back and legs vs your arms, its a lot easier. the bridle allows me to lift it standing upright. -you may also be able to use the main halyard, and a winch. then you just guide it on/off.

pls let us know what speed the 4hp makes.
