bad news, no anchor locker.

I think, most hang their anchor from the pulpit, I used 4" pcv, and a bag for a few yrs but switched to just coiling the rode around the pvc.
(some just store it in a bucket in the lazerette)

I'm sure some have a more elegant solution, but this works for me.
