Guys used to get an old beat up car, and put in a new motor, all tricked out except no cam and stock exhaust, so it would sound normal. Put the hammer down, colour them gone!

I'm sure Shawn is just doing the same thing. Make the sails look old, so when he goes flying by other Mac 25 owners, everyone will marvel at his sailing skills.
