There is considerable difference. I had mine done at a boat shop in Wilmington, NC where we were living. I cost 1500, but by that time I had the boat for nearly 30 years and had never had a major expense. I figured 50/year for maintenance was not out of line. Was there a difference between the keel of the V-17 and V-21?
