In the photo, you can see the cover for the anchor rode locker, on the forward wall of the V-berth. The most forward wood panel is the cover for the new foam storage area we created. It actually has about 160% of the foam that was in the area where I built the locker.
Next aft of that is the factory-original access panel. Under that, I built a "floor" for a battery box, with embedded eyes for tie-down straps. The battery is tied down inside a battery box.
Next aft, the future water tank is visible. Front, back, and sides installed. No top yet in this photo. The new supporting structure for the V-berth is obvious, and the water tank walls (1/2 ply) are in integral part of the support.
At the aft end of the V-berth are the two future access panels to storage. The water system pump will go on the aft wall under the V-berth (the wall to the head), with a small wall to protect the pump and plumbing from shifting loads in the V-berth storage area.
