Sam, I like your ambition! I'm working on my v-berth mod right now too. Mine is nowhere near as extensive as yours, though similar in arrangement. I plan to mount a water tank in front of the storage compartment, and my batteries will be just in front of the head. How many gallons of water do you figure your water tank will hold?

Here's a pic of what my project looks like so far. Basically it's done, I just need to remove it and paint all sides to seal it. The whole thing comes apart, and can easily be removed.
