Here is a picture. I think they used the outboard cleat for the roller furling, the inside for the jib sheet. (port side)

I removed the outside one, port side and the starboard one, then remounted them, angled slightly toward the fairlead for the jib sheet. I now plan on using the port side inner cleat,for the roller furling.

I changed the angle because I had a hard time cleating the lines since they were running through the rear fairleads on the cabin top. I could run them around the winches and improve the angle but then there was an extreme angle from the winch to the fairleads. I have never really needed the winches for the jib sheets. (150* on a cdi roller)
