It's just a regular black clam cleat where the line goes through a hole so it's captive.
Once I get the boat rigged I'll take a few pics.
Last season I did modify the original setup - you may want to consider this instead.
I added a small block at the end of the boom that the line goes through which turns it forward. I also removed the clam cleat mentioned in my first post.
There are two loops in the line so I can have three "pre-set" lenghts: 1) stopper knot right up against the turning block for sailing 2) first loop over the aft reefing cleat for level boom (and reefed main) 3) second loop over reefing cleat to hoist boom wayyyyy up at anchorage
This setup is simple and fast to use. I found that I was always adjusting the topping lift to the same three positions amyway.
