(Mike "Mikabee" Mac26s Victoria, Tx) At the time, things were in panic mode as I dont think the people with the power boats in the slips would have been too happy about a sailboat smacking into them. So I dont remember the details but more than likely I did not carefully ramp up the throttle. But that is good to know as I almost always use a burst of reverse comming into a dock. Probably a different prop would help also?
