Hi Monty owners. Great to see this page on Trailer Sailors. I had a P-15 was thinking of replacing with a M-17 but ended up trading up to a P-19. Love the Montgomerys 15, 17, and 23 (but also love my P-19). There is a little bad blood between the Potter and Montomery manufactures, but both boats cater to the same customer. The SoCal Potters welcome all trailer sailers and our group includes a nice mix of Potter 15's and 19's as well as a nice mix of Montgomery 15's 17's and even a 23.
