M17 in Tampa, FL

I am very close to ordering an M17 from Bob. As good as the reviews are for his boats, it's just tough to make a purchase like this sight unseen. Does anyone out there have an M17 (or M15) close to the Tampa bay area? My wife and I have looked at most of the Com-pac boats and been by their shop in Clearwater. They make a fine trailer sailor, but I just get the feeling I would like a Montgomery more.
