HELP sling a M 15 for lifting

Report: outside forum guidelines

I may not wait til high tide to pull my boat, the yacht club has a 2 ton crane and I need to fashion a sling from my docking lines to lift my Monty 15 out of the water.

I assume I use the 3 SST cleats on the boat, 2 on each side and the bow cleat. I assume I fashion the mid point just above the centerboard line. Any advice or thoughts or should I abandon this idea cause right now this is plan B. Anybody lift their boats this way. My other assumption is my boat weighs around 900 lbs. Thanks for any input. What about the use of my docking lines, as I dont want to buy new lines for this but can if given some time.
