Again, great article. If ok with you I would like to use it in my US Power Squadron class that I teach. I think it says volumes about being prepared, knowing what to bring (read, Charts!!!) Your single article covers so many of the basic boating safety course that we conduct, i.e., proper VHF, radar reflectors, fatique/hypothermia, float plans, charts, GPS, etc. Heck, I could just hand out your article and teach the class from that.
