Thanks Bob... Actually the grate was made from Ipe wood. Super hard and was tough to work with but really durable and roughly 1/4 of the cost of teak.

As far as the SD events, yes, I will gladly participate as time allows...I spend a lot of time taking my two high schoolers to sporting commitments in my off hours.

Got a nice sail in this afternoon on Mission Bay...just glorious out there this afternoon.
