Montypals:
I sailed in SF Bay today with a few folks in a Catalina 27. It was fun sailing, but very different than my Monty. The Catalina is very beamy, and actually doesn't hold her line too well. Also, took some time to get used to a wheel instead of a tiller, but that is another story.
In any event, the boat had mid boom sheeting with an adjustable traveler at the companionway. It was very nice for keeping sail shape and reducing weather helm when needed. My Monty 15 has the usual simple non-adjustable traveler at the stern. Is anybody using an adjustable traveler on the M15?
