Report: outside forum guidelines

A buddy of mine is getting a 1980's used Wabbit in ok to not so good condition as part of a house sale. I got to see the boat today and quite frankly I will advise him to NOT TAKE the boat as it won't be a good beginner boat for his older son and daughter to learn to sail on. This thing is a very fast sled and I feel its better suited to an experianced captain and crew. Do you guys feel the same way about my advice to the father. Son and daughter are both over 25 yo but new to sailing.
