Outboard for Monty 15

Report: outside forum guidelines

I have a brand new Tohatsu "Sail Pro" 6 hp, hi thrust, EXTRA long shaft, w/alternator - 59#s. Can I use this on my M15? The 2 1/2 Mercury it came with weighs 29#s. I figure if I put a 5 gallon water jug (40#s) up front that should sure moe than balance it out. Comments?
