I have been saving up for a Montgomery 15 or 17 for about a year now. I see a used Montgomery 17 listed in Texas, but I haven't gone to see it. Here is my question. I am about 6 feet 1 inch tall, and I weigh about 184 lbs. Am I too big for the Montgomery 15? For the last year and a half, I have beens sailing a Precision 14. I think I am doing a good job, but then the wind picks up and I feel very challenged. Will the Montgomery 17 be too much of a leap for me? All comments will be appreciated, even sarcastic ones.
