i'm 5'11" and tip the scale between 210 & 220 lbs. the 15s v-berth is bigger than the 17s and is 'all open' as there is no compression post.
as stated by ron, the M15 is a fiberglass tent. a cabin that is more than fine for sleeping (or using the head). you don't 'sit up' in the 15s small cabin.
the 17 is a BOAT after one has been on the 15. when these sister ships sit side by side you realize how much more boat the 17 represents with just 24ish more inches. (i personally believe the laws of phyics were bent along with a black hole being installed ... )
as the 17 weights in at approx 3-times more than the 15 a larger towing vehicle is needed. this also means when sailing you need to be aware of your seating location in the 15 ... not so much on the 17.
there is little time difference between rigging/launching the 15 v. 17 ... 30-45 minutes once one gets a system.
