Another new M_17 for Southern California #658

Report: outside forum guidelines

Ed Brown the owner of brand new 'Miranda' (named after his 10 month old Granddaughter ) and I didn't let todays temperature of 102 degrees slow us down too much. We rigged Miranda out front; no wind, 102 and bad, stale air from the fires. (or it seemed).

Tomorrow we will do the headsail/135% Jib with the CDI-FF2 furler. All lines are led aft on Miranda.

This gem has Tanbark Sails; the Idasailor folding rudder; 12V DC system with additional plug aft for autopilot or cell phone; All handrails are Stainless Steel; and a single-handing package. (mast raising system that hooks onto the trailers mast carrier).

Ed lives 8 minutes away; he will be attending the Potter Yachter events (Capt Howie's great adventures) and promises to be at the Lake Havasu Event this winter.
