Drain for fuel locker...

Has anyone installed additional drains for the fuel tank locker? Our M17 is an 05' model which has the two cockpit drains which pass through the fuel locker. I've noticed that after I give the boat a good bath, or it rains really hard, water gets into the fuel locker. It's not a big issue, but it would be nice to have a couple of additional drains, or maybe just one? Again, any help will be appreciated.
