Someone called and wanted me to post some photos of the new model Idasailor folding rudder for the M_17 Here it is in the folded UP position. (for launching) These rudders only use 2 stainless Pintles/Gudgeons instead of 3 for the vertical wooden slider on the stock boat. Idasailor will make a 3 pintle model for retrofitting older boats. Folded half-way down, she is streamlined aft. And a close up of the lifting line/pulley Any questions?
