Angle Iron would solve

In Response To: Trail-Rite trailer, Steel Fender welds (pic) (George "M", M15 #319)

My tailer has had a piece of angle iron welded to frame and to fenders at both the front and rear portions (across the fender under the sticker in your photo would be the front angle iron and the same at rear of fender). Very solid and absolutely no rattles.
